About us

I came to yoga at a time when I needed something steady to return to. Over time, it became a practice that supports focus, clarity, and a deeper sense of ease in my day-to-day life.

It’s often the only place where everything slows down enough to feel present—where breath, movement, and attention come back into alignment. Through this practice, I’ve found not only strength and stability, but also the capacity to move through life with more space and resilience.

That connection eventually led me to Bali, where I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training with East+West, deepening my study of yoga’s physical, philosophical, and contemplative traditions and my understanding of the balance between structure, discipline, and presence. That experience continues to inform how I teach today.

Many people come to yoga looking for something—relief, clarity, or simply a place to feel a little more at ease. This practice has the capacity to meet you there.

There is no being “good” or “bad” at yoga—only the willingness to show up and practice. My intention in teaching is to offer a space that feels grounded, welcoming, and supportive—where you can move at your own pace, stay connected to your breath, and build a practice that works for your life.
